Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide
technical support and customer service to users.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, tracking all information
in the ticketing system
Provide technical support for basic end-user issues and perform
user administration tasks
Participate in knowledge management and escalate unresolved issues
to appropriate resolver groups
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
Good understanding of operating systems and application
software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in hardware and software asset management
Ability to accurately log Service Desk tickets using tracking
software
