Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to
assist students with inquiries and provide information about
university policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely assistance and problem resolution to students via
phone, email, or chat
Maintain compliance with federal student privacy laws and internal
policies
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective student
support and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Understanding of FERPA guidelines and student privacy
regulations
Capability to work independently with limited supervision
Knowledge of federal educational funding options and military
educational funding sources
