Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Litigation to support
global litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
Support all aspects of the company's litigation matters, focusing
on commercial disputes and intellectual property issues
Develop relationships with legal team members and business
stakeholders to provide effective legal advice
Manage outside counsel and handle responses to third-party
subpoenas and discovery processes
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and membership in good
standing with at least one state bar
4 - 6 years of dedicated litigation experience in a law firm
setting
Experience with copyright and patent infringement claims and
federal securities claims
Experience with the discovery process and third-party subpoena
management
Experience working in an in-house legal department is a plus
