Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate
and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process multi-state bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls using
Workday
Reconcile payroll files and resolve discrepancies in payroll
data
Assist with tax compliance and filing of payroll tax reports
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle payroll experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited
college/university
Experience using Workday is required
Knowledge of federal/state/local payroll laws and regulations
Advanced Excel knowledge (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups)
