A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative,
Clinical (Remote) at $15/hour.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls professionally and record information
accurately
Look up member information and provide relevant assistance
Document all calls and attend weekly meetings to foster
teamwork
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in
an inbound call center
Basic computer skills are necessary
Ability to work from a designated remote workspace with stable
internet
Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters
